Leyton SideOut Challenger Series

TIMES

• Approx. 9:00am-7:00pm
• Detailed schedule and timings are provided by email no later than the day before each tournament.

UK BEACH TOUR

• All tournaments are 2-star events on the UK Beach Tour
• All players must hold a valid UKBT Membership (in addition to a SideOut Membership or Single Tournament Pass).

FORMAT

• Men's and women's draws run alongside each other at each tournament
• Pool play followed by elimination rounds
• Minimum 3 matches per team per tournament

ENTRY RULES & PROCESS

• Register and pay online via registration.sideout.co.uk.
• Entry limits:Worthing: Max. 8 teams per gender Leyton: Max. 12 teams per gender 
• Registration closes when the tournament is full, or on the Friday before each tournament.
• Entry is first-come, first-served. Once you have entered and paid, you are in the tournament!
• All teams will receive an email with full details, schedule and timings by the day before each tournament.
• These tournaments are separate to the SideOut London Challenger Cup and are not eligible for London Challenger Cup Points.

PRICE

• Worthing: £35 per team
• Leyton: £37 per team

CANCELLATION POLICY

• You can cancel your tournament entry up to 7 days before the first day of the tournament and receive a full refund. Please email us using the contact details below to request cancellation.
• If you cancel your tournament entry within 7 days of the tournament, you will not receive a refund unless the tournament is full and your team is replaced directly by a team on our waiting list.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations requested within 48 hours of the start of the tournament.
