ENTRY RULES & PROCESS

• Register and pay online via registration.sideout.co.uk.
• All players must hold a valid SideOut Membership or Single Tournament Pass. Mix 'n' Match tournaments are not part of the UK Beach Tour.
• Registration closes when the tournament is full, or on the Friday before each tournament.
• Entry is first-come, first-served. Once you have entered and paid, you are in the tournament!
• All teams will receive an email with full details, schedule and timings by the day before each tournament.

Players enter individually. You don't need a partner! On the day, we will draw one male and one female name out of a hat to create mixed teams. Teams then play each other in pool play or Side-it-Out format. We then throw everyone back into the hat and draw names again. Everyone gets shuffled around and paired up with a new partner and we start again! Repeat this process a few times and, at the end of the day, the male and female winners of the Mix 'n' Match tournament will be crowned!

All levels welcome! Limited spaces available.

• Only £17 per player

CANCELLATION POLICY

• You can cancel your tournament entry up to 7 days before the first day of the tournament and receive a full refund. Please email us using the contact details below to request cancellation.
• If you cancel your tournament entry within 7 days of the tournament, you will not receive a refund unless the tournament is full and your team is replaced directly by a team on our waiting list.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations requested within 48 hours of the start of the tournament.
