All Nations Beach Volleyball

• Sat 8 & Sun 9 July 2023: Men's & Women's 2 vs 2.
• Semifinals and finals to be played on Sunday afternoon.
• Sunday 9 July 2023: Mixed 2 vs 2.

FORMAT & RULES

• Men's and Women's 2 vs 2: 2-day event. Pool play and all matches up to quarterfinals on Saturday 8 July, with semifinals and finals on Sunday 9 July. Semifinals and finals to be played on Sunday afternoon. Entry is limited to 24 men's and 24 women's teams.
• Mixed 2 vs 2: 1-day event. All matches on Sunday 9 July. Entry is limited to 32 teams.
• All tournaments: You must enter as a team. Both players on a team must be from the same country. Playing with someone from a different country will only be allowed in exceptional circumstances and at the organisers' discretion! Minimum 4 matches per team per tournament. Times: Approx. 9:00am-7:00pm each day. Detailed schedule and timings will be provided by email no later than the Friday before the event.

PLAYING TOPS

• All players will get an awesome customised All Nations beach volleyball playing top included with their entry!
• Men get regular vests, women get female-cut vests (not crop-tops or sports bras).
• Once you have entered online, please respond to the confirmation email with the following information:Your team's country; Your and your partner's clothing size (from S to XXL); Your and your partner's kit number (one player must wear #1 and the other #2); Optional: Your name to be printed on the kit (this is optional, at an extra cost of £10 per team, or £5 per player. The extra cost can be paid on the day of the tournament).

HOW TO ENTER

• Register and pay online via registration.sideout.co.uk.
• All players must hold a valid SideOut Membership or Single Tournament Pass.
• To guarantee a personalised playing top you must enter by Monday 5th June
• Entry is first-come, first-served. Once you have entered and paid, you are in the tournament!
• All teams will receive an email with full details, schedule and timings by the day before each event.

HOW MUCH IS IT?

• Men's and Women's 2 vs 2: £55 per team.
• Mixed 2 vs 2: £55 per team.

Team numbers are strictly limited, so get your entry in early to avoid disappointment!

CANCELLATION POLICY

• You can cancel your tournament entry up to 7 days before the first day of the tournament and receive a full refund. Please email us using the contact details below to request cancellation.
• If you cancel your tournament entry within 7 days of the tournament, you will not receive a refund unless the tournament is full and your team is replaced directly by a team on our waiting list.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations requested within 48 hours of the start of the tournamen
