About the event
UKBT Junior Grand Prix (Leyton, 17th June 2023):
U15 boys' and girls' 4-a-side (Tier 2) U17 boys' and girls' 2-a-side (Tier 1)
TIMES
- The tournament will run from approx. 10:00am to approx. 5:00pm.
- Each age group division will normally be completed in half a day. Exact times for each age group will be confirmed by email to all teams prior to each tournament.
AGE GROUPS
- U15s: Players must be born on or after 1 September 2007
- U17s: Players must be born on or after 1 September 2005
- U18s: Players must be born on or after 1 September 2004
UK BEACH TOUR
- The Junior Grand Prix tournament at Leyton on the 17th of June is part of the UK Junior Beach Tour.
- All players at this tournament must hold a valid UKBT Membership (in addition to a SideOut Junior Membership or Single Tournament Pass)
- All other tournaments on the Junior Series are not part of the UK Junior Beach Tour.
FORMAT
- Pool play followed by elimination rounds
- Exact format will depend on the number of teams in each event and age group, but we will always try to provide the maximum possible number of matches per team.
ENTRY RULES & PROCESS
- Register and pay online via registration.sideout.co.uk.
- All players competing in 2-a-side competitions must hold a valid SideOut Junior Membership or Single Tournament Pass. This is not required for 4-a-side competitions.
- Registration closes when the tournament is full, or on the Friday before each tournament.
- Entry is first-come, first-served. Once you have entered and paid, you are in the tournament!
- All teams will receive an email with full details, schedule and timings by the day before each tournament.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- You can cancel your tournament entry up to 7 days before the first day of the tournament and receive a full refund. Please email us using the contact details below to request cancellation.
- If you cancel your tournament entry within 7 days of the tournament, you will not receive a refund unless the tournament is full and your team is replaced directly by a team on our waiting list.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations requested within 48 hours of the start of the tournament.
