We're thrilled to welcome footvolley into our club, establishing a new home for the sport at SideOut Leyton. Here, players of all skill levels can train, play and compete, while embracing the energy of this dynamic and expressive game.
Footvolley originated in Brazil in the 1960s when football was banned on Rio de Janeiro's beaches. Determined to keep playing, locals creatively combined football and volleyball, giving rise to footvolley. Decades later, this fast-paced and excessive sport has spread worldwide - and now, its journey continues at SideOut Leyton.

Train at SideOut Leyton and take your footvolley skills to the next level! Whether you're a seasoned player or taking your first steps on the sand, our training sessions are designed to help you improve, compete and have fun.
Weekly coached sessions

Every Monday, from 7th April 2025 - August 2025.

Open Level (intermediate and above): 5:30pm - 7:00pm, followed by free play.

Beginners & Social Level: 7:00pm - 8:30pm, followed by free play.

Footvolley for everyone! Experience the thrill of footvolley on our sand courts.
When?
Most Sundays and occasional Saturdays, from 30th March to September (check the Calendar for exact dates).
Times:
Courts are available from 09:00am to 11:00am.
