CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your tournament entry up to 7 days before the first day of the tournament and receive a full refund. Please email us using the contact details below to request cancellation.

If you cancel your tournament entry within 7 days of the tournament, you will not receive a refund unless the tournament is full and your team is replaced directly by a team on our waiting list.

No refunds will be given for cancellations requested within 48 hours of the start of the tournament.
Morning Tournament
For players building experience and progressing into competition.

Entry Fees:

£30 per player.

SideOut Members will receive a £2.50 voucher per person (£5 if both players are Members), which can be used at the bar on the day of each event.

Membership costs just £25 for 365 days and gives you access to all our tournaments, plus lots of other discounts and perks!

Free for female players that have joined Women's Open.

Open to either gender. Teams may be same-gender or mixed.

1st place: SideOut Hoodies.

Tournament kit is mandatory. If you participated in the tournament on Saturday 30th May and already have the tournament kit, please bring it with you. Players who do not have the kit must purchase one on the day for £20 per person.
