CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your tournament entry up to 7 days before the first day of the tournament and receive a full refund. Please email us using the contact details below to request cancellation.

If you cancel your tournament entry within 7 days of the tournament, you will not receive a refund unless the tournament is full and your team is replaced directly by a team on our waiting list.

No refunds will be given for cancellations requested within 48 hours of the start of the tournament.

Morning Tournament
For players building experience and progressing into competition.

- £40 per player.
- SideOut Members will receive a £5 voucher for food & drinks on the day.
- Membership costs just £25 for 365 days and gives you access to all our tournaments, plus lots of other discounts and perks!
- Free for female players that have joined Women's Open.
- Open to either gender. Teams may be same-gender or mixed.

- 1st place: £50 SideOut credit.
- 2nd place: £30 SideOut credit.

Morning Tournament

Competitive division for experienced players pushing higher.

- £40 per player.

Afternoon Tournament

Elite competition featuring the UK's top male players.

Entry Fees:
- £40 per player.
- SideOut Members will receive a £5 voucher for food & drinks on the day.

Prizes:
- 1st place: £250 cash prize.
- 2nd place: £100 SideOut credit.
- 3rd place: £50 SideOut credit.

Elite competition showcasing the UK's top female players.
