SIDEOUT LONDON CHALLENGER CUP

• 1-day tournaments aimed specifically at intermediate level players.
• Cash, prizes and medals at each event for the top teams in each gender.
• Teams will earn London Challenger Cup Points at each event. At the end of the series, the teams with the most points will qualify for the SideOut London Challenger Cup Finals at London's Canary Wharf in September. Full details coming soon, but we can assure you that it'll be an awesome event and a unique experience not to miss!

• Format: Men's and women's draws run alongside each other at each tournament Pool play followed by elimination rounds Minimum 3 matches per team per tournament
• Times: Approx. 9:00am-7:00pm Detailed schedule and timings are provided by email no later than the day before each tournament.
• Entry Rules & Process: Register and pay online via registration.sideout.co.uk. All players must hold a valid SideOutMembership or Single Tournament Pass. Registration closes when the tournament is full, or on the Friday before each tournament. Entry is first-come, first-served. Once you have entered and paid, you are in the tournament! All teams will receive an email with full details, schedule and timings by the day before each tournament. These tournaments are not part of the UK Beach Tour, do not require a UKBT membership to participate in, and do not qualify for UKBT ranking points.
• Entry fees: £38 per team per tournament

CANCELLATION POLICY

• You can cancel your tournament entry up to 7 days before the first day of the tournament and receive a full refund. Please email us using the contact details below to request cancellation.
• If you cancel your tournament entry within 7 days of the tournament, you will not receive a refund unless the tournament is full and your team is replaced directly by a team on our waiting list.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations requested within 48 hours of the start of the tournament.
