COURSE INFO

• Structure & requirements:

  • Part 1: Candidates attend the practical course in Zagreb over 5 days (40 hours total).

  • Part 2: On days 4 and 5 of the course, candidates complete a theory test and a practical assessment.

• Course times: 09:00-18:00 each day from Wednesday 10th September  to Sunday 14th September 2025.

• Application deadline: Friday 15th August 2025

LOGISTICS

• Venue:  Beach Volley Club “Vrapče”, Ul. Majke Terezije 14, 10000, Zagreb, Croatia

• Arrivals:

  • Participants must arrive in Zagreb by Tuesday 9th September 2025.
  • Participants must arrive at the course venue by 08:45am on Wednesday 10th September 2025.

• Departures:

  • Participants may depart at any time after completion of the course on Sunday 14th September at 18:00.

• Transfers, Accommodation and Meals: These are your own responsibility, but we may be able to offer some suggestions or recommendations.

 

 

REGISTRATION & FEES

• Applications must be made online via registration.sideout.co.uk

• Deadline to apply: Friday 15th August 2025

• Application and Entry Process:

  • After you submit your online application, we will send you an email with instructions for next steps and payment. We may request a letter of recommendation from your National Federation before your application can be accepted.

  • Participation on the course is 'first come, first served' and spaces are strictly limited. Your participation will not be confirmed until we have received your application, letter of recommendation (if required) and payment.

• Course fees: 440 Euros per person.

  • Price includes water, snacks and coffee.

  • It does NOT include accommodation, transfers, breakfast, lunch or dinner.

• Payments:

  • All payments must be made by bank transfer in Euros.

  • We will provide bank details by email following receipt of your application.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• You can cancel your participation up to 1st August 2025 and receive a full refund. Please email us at info@sideout.co.uk to request cancellation.   

• If you cancel your participation after 1st August 2025, you will NOT receive a refund unless the course is full and you are replaced directly by a candidate on our waiting list. 

• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 15th August 2025.
