Following the tremendous success of our previous courses, including those in Athens and Budapest, we are excited to bring the FIVB Beach Volleyball Coaching Course to a brand-new location - Cardiff!



This May, we will be heading to Wales, offering another fantastic opportunity for coaches to develop their skills under the guidance of top instructors. Full details are below. COURSE INFO

• Structure & requirements:

  • Part 1: Candidates attend the practical course in Cardiff over five days (40 hours total).

  • Part 2: On days 4 and 5 of the course, candidates complete a theory test and a practical assessment.

• Course times: 09:00-18:00 each day from Tuesday 27th May to Saturday 31st May 2025

• Application deadline: Friday 25th April 2025

LOGISTICS

• Venue:  Cardiff Beach Volleyball, Victoria Park Canton Cardiff CF5 1EY

• Arrivals:

  • Participants must arrive at the course venue by 08:45am on Tuesday 27th May 2025.

• Departures:

  • Participants may depart at any time after completion of the course on Saturday 31st May at 18:00.

• Transfers, Accommodation and Meals: These are your own responsibility, but we may be able to offer some suggestions or recommendations to participants.

 

 

REGISTRATION & FEES

• Applications must be made online via registration.sideout.co.uk

• Deadline to apply: Friday 25th April 2025

• Application and Entry Process:

  • After you submit your online application, we will send you an email with instructions for next steps and payment. We may request a letter of recommendation from your National Federation before your application can be accepted.

  • Participation on the course is 'first come, first served' and spaces are strictly limited. Your participation will not be confirmed until we have received your application, letter of recommendation (if required) and payment.

• Course fees: £400 per person.

  • Price includes water, snacks and coffee.

  • It does NOT include accommodation, transfers, breakfast, lunch or dinner.

• Payments:

  • All payments must be made by bank transfer in British Pounds (GBP).

  • We will provide bank details by email following receipt of your application.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• You can cancel your participation up to 13th April 2025 and receive a full refund. Please email us at info@sideout.co.uk to request cancellation.   

• If you cancel your participation after 13th April 2025, you will NOT receive a refund unless the course is full and you are replaced directly by a candidate on our waiting list. 

• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after the 27th April 2025.
