5:30-10:00pm every Wednesday & Friday

Step 1: Turn up at any time during the evening - alone or with friends. No need to pre-register!

Pay £14 per person or just £7 if you present a valid Club Membership card (downloadable as a PDF from your account)

Fridays are FREE if you have also signed up for Open Group Training, Private Group Training or a full month of Beginners' Training!
