Our upcoming Beach Volleyball Festival at SideOut Leyton is four days of live sport, great food, music, and a laid-back summer atmosphere. Whether you're planning a family day out, meeting friends, or just looking for somewhere to enjoy the sunshine, come down, soak up the atmosphere, and make the most of the long weekend.

There's plenty to enjoy throughout the festival, with something for all ages. Enjoy free taster sessions and grass volleyball, music, a large open space for everyone to enjoy, food and drinks, and plenty to get involved in, with further activities to be announced.

The centrepiece of the weekend is the London Grand Slam, the UK’s leading beach volleyball competition and the grand finale of the UK national beach volleyball championships. The country’s best beach volleyball players will compete across the weekend, with the 2026 UK Champions crowned on Sunday. Whether you're a lifelong fan or watching beach volleyball for the first time, it's a chance to experience high-level sport up close in an exciting festival atmosphere.

Relax & Enjoy the Atmosphere

Enjoy activities for all ages throughout the festival. Soak up the sun in our outdoor space, enjoy the music and DJ sets and take in the atmosphere. Grab a bite to eat or bring your own picnic and settle in for four days of beach volleyball and summer fun, with even more activities still to be announced.

Play Beach Volleyball

Try beach volleyball for yourself with free taster sessions and grass volleyball, or step onto the sand during the All You Can Play session on 31 August. Whether you're new to beach volleyball or already love the game, there are plenty of ways to get involved.
